Heather M. Kees
Heather recently joined the Firm after graduating in the top 15% of her class from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While at the University, Heather was a member of the Arkansas Law Review, served as the Chair of the Board of Advocates' Client Advocacy Competition, and was President of the Business Law Society. As a member of the Arkansas Law Review, she authored an article on the constutionality of Act 60, Arkansas' School Consolidation law, which was published by the Journal. Heather also worked in the legal department of Tyson Foods, Inc. and clerked for two statewide law firms.
Prior to attending law school, Heather worked for ten years in operations management at a Fortune 200 telecommunications company. Utilizing the knowledge and skills she obtained both during her time in business and while studying at the University of Arkansas, Heather is developing a practice in business and commercial litigation. She is also focusing on immigration law, white collar criminal defense, and family law, as well as general litigation.
