Firm Partner Asa Hutchinson III and Associate Kristi Hunter successfully prosecuted a breach of contract claim on behalf of the firm's client Real Forms, LLC against the Arkansas Realtors Association ("ARA") resulting in a $150,000.00 judgment in favor of Real Forms, LLC. The case was tried to a twelve-person jury for five days, and the jury ultimately concluded that the ARA had materially breached its contract with Real Forms, LLC, awarding it the six-figure judgment as its damages. The jury also rendered a verdict in favor of Real Forms, LLC as to the ARA's breach of contract counterclaim, denying the ARA any recovery of its claimed damages of more than $320,000.00. Under Arkansas law, Real Forms, LLC is now eligible to recover its reasonable attorney's fee and court costs incurred in this action.
