AH Law Group Represents Arkansas Company in FCPA Investigation 02-04-2010

The AH Law Group is now representing an Arkansas ammunition company in which two employees were arrested for alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The employees are facing charges after a total of 22 individuals from various companies around the country were arrested in January 2010 based upon a U.S. Department of Justice undercover “sting” investigation. Richard Bistrong, former VP at a large military equipment manufacturer, has been named as a cooperator who assisted the FBI in what DOJ Criminal Division chief Lanny Breuer described as the “first large-scale use of undercover law enforcement techniques to uncover FCPA violations.”
