AH Law Group Settles Bank of America Foreclosure Case 08-06-2009

Asa Hutchinson III successfully negotiated, on behalf of firm client Bank of America, the settlement of a $1.2 million foreclosure action involving a historic 41-unit loft apartment complex in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a result, the Bank of America was able to continue its lender relationship with its customer and avoid a foreclosure sale of the property.
