AH Law Group Successfully Settles Disability Claim 03-16-2011

Associate Kristi Hunter successfully settled a long-term disability claim for a client with a life and health insurance company. Ms. Hunter assisted in appealing a denial of long-term disability benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). The client was awarded a settlement for past due benefits and future benefits by the insurance company without having to file suit in federal district court.
