Two financial advisors were threatened with arbitration proceedings by their former investment firm employer in an effort to collect bonuses previously paid by the investment house to its former employees. AHLG was able to successfully obtain a settlement on behalf of the financial advisors whereby they paid only a portion of their bonuses claimed by their former employer, thereby avoiding any protracted arbitration and expenses associated with defending an arbitration proceeding.
