An Enlisted Soldier stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, was being investigated by his command and the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) for rape and possession of child pornography. Duane Kees was retained to represent the Soldier and immediately began to engage CID and the command. After intense negotiations, Duane was able to persuade the command not to press forward with any adverse action. No charges were filed nor was there any nonjudicial punishment. The Soldier is still serving honorably today.
