AHLG Secures Nonimmigrant Visa for Client 09-12-2011

Senior Partner Asa Hutchinson, assisted by Kristi Hunter, was able to secure a waiver on a non-immigrant visa for a client, who is a Canadian citizen. The client had a 30-year-old criminal conviction, making him ineligible for admission to the United States, but The AH Law Group was able to successfully obtain the non-immigrant visa after securing a waiver for the client with the State Department and Customs and Border Protection.
