AHLG Successfully Settles Wrongful Death Claim

Duane Kees and Kristi Hunter, attorneys for The AH Law Group, successfully negotiated and settled a wrongful death claim for their client. Kees and Hunter were able to recover a significant amount of funds for the estate of the deceased, which recovery included payment of the maximum limits of the applicable liability insurance policy. Importantly to the client, the estate was able to obtain the funds without the burden of a trial or even litigation.
