AHLG Wins First Round of FOIA Lawsuit

The AH Law Group represents a well-known Guatemalan defense lawyer in his federal Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit regarding the denial of his non-immigrant visa by the State Department. The Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment to dismiss the case and The AH Law Group filed a response in opposition. As a result, the Court denied the Motion and directed the government to provide more information to the Defendant on the FOIA request and any reasons for withholding information.
