Senior Partner Asa Hutchinson Contributes to Hyde Amendment Discussions 09-28-2010

Senior Partner Asa Hutchinson was quoted in a USA Today article regarding the Hyde Amendment. Hutchinson, a former House member from Arkansas who led the opposition to the Hyde Amendment, was quoted saying that “critics feared the law could have a ‘chilling effect,’ making prosecutors shy away from worthwhile but difficult cases.”
